The room at Smile Hotel Utsunomiya Nishiguchi Ekimae was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the air-conditioning and the flat-screen TV which kept me entertained throughout my stay. The private bathroom was clean and well-equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference!

I found everything modern, would recomand it to everyone. The room was incredibly comfortable and brand-new as I wanted. I thoroughly enjoyed a nice bathroom...

Enjoyed our stay at this place when we were in the area. the staff were super nice and helpful, even sorted out parking for us, which was great. the location is awesome, not too far from Zenganji Temple 👌.

We loved our rooms with a lovely bathroom and the convenient location, just a short walk from Utsunomiya Futaarayamajinja Shrine.

The room was very clean and offered a nice selection of amenities, which included towels, room wear, hair dryer and a humidifier/air purifier. The hotel was located in a key location and it was very convenient to get to the train station, which was only a short walk away. The breakfast service was also great and it offered a good variety of food to start the day.

During Christmas, it was even worse as there were more people trying to find a spot. It was a hassle to find a decent spot and the preferred parking was a bit inconvenient and located far from the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable price, nearby gyoza restaurants, connected to a convenience store.

No complaints.
